Team USA looked to rebound from a devastating loss to Mexico on Sunday in its third game of the 2023 World Baseball Classic. For Team USA, Game 3 was started by Lance Lynn of the Chicago White Sox.
The day started for Team USA with a strikeout by Lance Lynn, who passed Edouard Julien with his fastball. After six innings, he was the best player in the game. Based on his performance, it seems that during yesterday’s game against Mexico, Team USA needed him the most.
Undoubtedly, how well the United States played against Canada would determine whether they could repeat as tournament champions.

“You represent your country, so there’s not much greater you can do as an athlete than just win a World Series. When you represent your country, it’s quite high there,” she said.
