Will Mourinho reunite with the Spurs star at PSG this summer?

Did PSG see what happened to Spurs under Jose Mourinho and wanted some of that? Meanwhile, Kieran Tierney at Manchester City…

KANE AND THE USED TO BE ABLE
It seems PSG saw what happened under Jose Mourinho at Tottenham and thought «it went really damn good» and decided to recreate the magic. Because two separate reports suggest he wants to reunite Mourinho with Harry Kane in the French capital.

Parisien say sporting director Luis Campos wants to freshen up his attack – and could be forced into a change with Lionel Messi deadlocked over a new contract – and with club boss Nasser Al-Khelaifi having a good relationship with Daniel Levy , it seems they are targeting over £100million of Kane.

We know now that Spurs will be reluctant to sell, but they will be rather less reluctant to sell to a non-Premier League rival. The only real question may be whether Kane would be willing to pass up the chance of potentially being the Premier League’s all-time top scorer for the current trophy on offer in Paris.

Will Mourinho’s presence encourage or discourage him? According to the transfer market, Antonio Conte would have been deployed by Roma to replace the Portuguese in PSG’s sights.

Also linked to PSG is Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes.

WARD-PROWSE IN REQUEST
Southampton look virtually doomed and the first man out the door could be Captain James Ward-Prowse, who will be granted a transfer. There will be no shortage of suitors to sign him with three Premier League clubs mentioned as possible destinations.

Newcastle, West Ham and Tottenham are all mentioned, although Newcastle would seem the most likely as at least we know who their manager will be next season, while David Moyes is expected to leave the Hammers this summer while Tottenham’s new manager is still unknown. There could be a big difference between what Vincent Kompany or Luis Enrique would like.

MAN CITY GOAL TIERNEY
This seems unlikely, but FootballTransfers say «Manchester City are following Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney with a view to a potential summer move to the Scotland international side.» So after selling a left-back to the Gunners will they now buy the man he replaced?

Arsenal would certainly be reluctant to sell Tierney to a title rival, although the prospect of selling him to Newcastle United would be equally unappealing.

Tierney is between nine players who could leave Arsenal outright in the summer.
